Eligibility and Accurate Information

Products and Listings

Roselmont offers graphic and casual tops, layered apparel, patches, socks, cards, posters, toys, and selected home or lifestyle items. Review the full product page before ordering, including the selected variant and any available fit and size, material and care, included pieces, color and printed design. Display props, styling accessories, or other pictured items are included only when the listing says they are included.

Reasonable differences in screen color, photography, production, measurement method, or packaging can occur. A difference is evaluated against the applicable listing, the selected option, normal product characteristics, and mandatory consumer rights.

Orders and Acceptance

Submitting checkout is an offer to purchase. An order remains subject to payment authorization, inventory, address and shipping eligibility, fraud or security review, and correction of material listing or pricing errors. An automated confirmation acknowledges receipt and does not prevent a lawful cancellation when the order cannot be accepted.

If an accepted paid order is cancelled by the store, the captured amount is returned to the original payment method. If you voluntarily submit a review, image, or feedback, you authorize the store to use it for operating and presenting the storefront, subject to applicable privacy and consumer law.

Hosting, checkout, payment, delivery, analytics, or other functions may be provided by independent services. Their availability and separate terms are controlled by those providers. A link does not make the store responsible for unrelated third-party content.
